Return & Refund Policy – Green Bag

Thank you for shopping with Green Bag. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).

Items that are damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery.


3. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

If 7 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or refund.

4. Return Process

To request a return:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on sending the item back.

5. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items that arrive defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, email us at greenbagsuppliesie@gmail.com with proof (photo/video) of the issue.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees paid during your original purchase are non-refundable.


8. Wrong or Damaged Items

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product:

  1. Contact us immediately at greenbagsuppliesie@gmail.com.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.


9. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our return policy.
