Shipping Policy – Green Bag

Thank you for shopping with Green Bag. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

In case of delays (high order volume, stock issues, or courier delays), we will notify you by email.


2. Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within India only.
(If you want to add international shipping later, I can update this.)


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Average delivery time: 3–8 business days after dispatch.

Remote or rural areas may take longer.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Weight/size of the order

  • Selected shipping method

Any shipping fees are shown before payment is completed.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number (if applicable).

  • Tracking details may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.


6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate.

Green Bag is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to incomplete address details

  • Additional delivery charges imposed by couriers for address correction

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


7. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural events

  • Festivals or public holidays

  • High shipping traffic periods

We will assist you in tracking your shipment when needed.


8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately:

  • Provide your order number

  • Share photos/videos of the issue (if applicable)

We will help you with a replacement or refund based on the situation.


9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, it may be:

  • Returned to us, or

  • Held at the courier’s facility for pickup

In these cases, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
